Boiler installation

We size the boiler for the building. A plant room, a landlord's block and a house are different jobs. We look at the heat needed, where the boiler has to go, and the flue, and we explain the options before anything is agreed.

The flue, pipes and controls are planned so the boiler can be serviced later, not crammed into the nearest cupboard. On an occupied site we protect the finishes. On a new build or fit-out, the boiler goes in when the rest of the job is ready for it.

Some jobs are a straight swap. Others need the rest of the heating looked at: radiators that never get warm, a boiler that keeps switching itself on and off, controls nobody uses. We say which is which, and we do not add work the building does not need.
