A plant room and a house boiler fail for different reasons. We look at what the boiler is doing, and whether the fault is the boiler, the controls, the pump or the pipes, before we talk about parts. If the building is in use, we tell you what is off and what can stay on.

Servicing can be booked in advance. Landlords, agents and sites that cannot wait for a breakdown can put boilers on a schedule. You get a note of what we found and what should happen next.

If a part will get the heat back on, that is what we recommend. If the boiler is finished, we say so and quote a replacement on its own. We do not add work you did not ask for.
